Creamy Lemon Dressing

We designed this dressing as the superbright starter to a spring and summer wine tasting. Tossed with crisp Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, and juicy grapefruit supremes, it is amazingly refreshing. (And equally delicious with a tall glass of water.)

Yield: 4-6 Salads , Prep time: 5 minutes , Cook time: none



1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, zest and juice of the lemon, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Tips + Tricks

**For this recipe, make sure you are experiencing the lemon. If you don't taste it right away, add the zest and juice of another lemon. You want the taste without the tartness.
