Grilled Green Onion Pork Loin

Lean pork loin is the perfect backdrop for green onion flavor brought to life with a light char. Use the same marinade with chicken and fish too. Double the dressing recipe to spoon over baked potatoes and roasted root veggies as well.

Plate a skewer of of hunks over a hearty spoonful of Crispy Sriracha Potato Salad for a complete meal.

Yield: 8-10 , Prep time: 2.5 hours , Cook time: 15-20 minutes



1. Preheat the broiler. Cut off the white portion of the green onions and then spread the green onto a cookie sheet. Place in the oven and cook until they become lightly charred.

2. Transfer the charred green onions into a food processor with the oil, mustard, and salt and pepper; blend together.

3. Cut your pork loin into large chunks and place in a plastic bag. Pour the green onion oil over the pork and toss together. Close the bag, transfer to the refrigerator, and let marinate for at least 2 hours.

4. When the pork has marinated, skewer the cubes, and cook on a preheated grill. As it grills, season with salt and pepper on all sides. Cook until the pork it is cooked completely to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

5. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with Crispy Sriracha Potato Salad.
