Moscow Mule Floats

One of my favorite thing to do for desserts is to turn a delicious cocktail into a float or sundae. It usually involves no cooking, minimal prep, and is always a crowd pleaser.

Serve these babies in a copper mug for extra fun presentation.

Yield: 4 portions , Prep time: 5-10 minutes , Cook time: none



1. Into the bottom of your sundae bowls, pour a shot of vodka.
2. Top with a hearty scoop of lime sherbet.
3. Right before serving, pour ginger beer over the lime sherbet, until it fizzes to the top, and garnish with a slice of key lime. Serve right away!
