Here begins one of our go-to faves for game-day fare. We like to serve thick-sliced pork on a pretzel bun and serve it up at halftime.

Tailgating or family room cheerleading, this is the easiest way to energize the fans.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan. Smear the whole grain mustard over the entire pork tenderloin until it is completely covered. 3. Place the pork in the oven and let cook for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches the internal temperature of 140-145 degrees. 4. When the pork is finished cooking, remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve while the pork is still warm.
Tips + Tricks
**We like to use whole grain mustard for the seeds that burst in your mouth with every bite. However, but you can substitute your favorite mustard, whatever that may be, just as easily.
