In a large plastic bag combine the soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sriracha. Close the bag and shake together.
Add the drumsticks to the bag and let marinate for 6-12 hours.
Transfer the marinated chicken to a roasting dish. Place the chicken in a preheated 375-degree oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked completely.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Tips + Tricks
**Ask your butcher for assistance in removing the skin from the chicken, or do it yourself by holding the top of the drumstick and pulling skin towards the bone. **Marinate these ahead of time and store in the freezer for up to a month. You may bake a couple hours in advance too; I like to reheat on a grill, then, just before serving. **Substitute cayenne pepper for sriracha if you prefer.
