Summer Greek Salad

We've given this simple salad a "summer" stamp, but you could probably toss it together year round. It tastefully twists salty, sweet, warm, cold -- and superfresh crunch! -- into one cup perfect for starting a meal. Grill some chicken while you char the grapes to make the meal complete.

1. Preheat the grill. Once your grill is hot, place your grapes (stem and all) onto the grill. Cook until the grapes get a light char.
2. While the grapes are grilling prep the rest of your ingredients: drain your capers, cube your cucumbers, clean and slice the romaine.
3. Lift the charred grapes from the grill and pull the grapes from their stems.
4. Toss the capers, cucumbers, and romaine with the Creamy Lemon Dressing. Portion into salad plates and top with the hot grilled grapes.



Tips + Tricks

**To make this recipe easier, prep the lettuce, capers, and cucumbers in advance. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then store in the refrigerator. When you are ready to serve, grill the grapes and dress the greens.
