Watermelon with Chili-Lime Salt

Make even brighter the brilliantly colored flavors of summer with a sprinkle of homemade salt. The chili-lime design here is perfect for a hunk of juicy melon, and also delicious with mango. On the rim of a fruity margarita, however, it's downright magical.

Squeeze lime juice over the fresh wedges just before sprinkling the salt for some real punch. Or, kick up the heat by substituting cayenne pepper for the ancho chili powder we call for here. As always, start small and add more to taste.
